private LESSON ITINERARY
Every lesson starts with a 15 minute land lesson where the instructor will brief you on the day’s wind and wave conditions and go over ocean safety protocols. We have USLA certified lifeguards on our team — so you can be confident you have professionals by your side in the water. Your instructor will then teach you step-by-step the mechanics of paddling, standing up and maneuvering your board. *If you’re one of our intermediate students, your instructor will go over the main points and adjustments made in your previous lesson*
After the land lesson, its time to hit the water! We’ll spend 60-75 minutes catching waves and making memories that’ll last a lifetime…because trust us, nothing comes close to that feeling when you stand up on your board for the first time. Pure stoke!
When your reservation time is up, we’ll assist you out of the water and you can view photos of your session available for purchase. You’ll be able to rinse off at the beach shower and then carry that surf stoke with you through the rest of your day..and most likely rest of your life ;-)

PRIVATE SURF LESSONS
DESCRIPTION
Our 1:1 student to instructor ratio provides you with the the full attention of one of our stellar local instructors to make sure you get the most waves and direction. When you have your own personal instructor, you have someone by your side every step of the way! This means if you’re having trouble paddling to the line up, your instructor will be right there to assist in “towing” you so you can focus more of your energy on standing up and riding waves.
Please Note: A private lesson is mandatory for non-swimmers and first time surfers in order to ensure that anyone uncomfortable in the water is able to safely enjoy their ocean adventure. Your safety is our first priority!

KEIKI (CHILD) LESSONS
DESCRIPTION
Book a keiki lesson today and gift your child an ocean adventure they’ll never forget! This is for children 12 years old and under who will surf tandem with the instructor on one board in order to get them comfortable in the water and maximize their time standing up and actually riding waves. Your child will be safe and supervised the entire lesson and they’ll score the most waves with the full attention of their own private instructor.

DESCRIPTION
Classes covering fundamentals of surf elements from beach to barrel, and beyond! No matter your skill level, drop in to one of our classes for the safest, professional instruction from top Hawaiian watermen and learn the skills necessary to find success surfing in Hawaiian waters. Meet new people and make friends with others progressing at your same rate.
Intermediate surfers must ride and provide their own board.

surf guide
DESCRIPTION
This is not for beginners. Our surf guides are for experienced surfers who do not need an actual surf lesson and instead are eager to surf but would like a partner by their side to introduce them to the breaks and accompany them out in the water.
Our surf guides are life-long experienced surfers with ample knowledge of the different breaks on island. We will match your skill level to a break perfect for your abilities and can also offer tips and some guidance for how to progress your surfing out in the water.
